María Jesús Gálvez González is a social worker specialized in the area of Women, Strategic Management of People, Organizational Management and Social Economy. After her training, she has developed a professional career that has allowed her to work in positions such as Dideco Advisor and Head of the Women's Area of the Municipality of El Tabo or Head of the Social Department of the same municipality.

In addition, she dedicates a very important part of her work to teaching in her area of specialization, in different national and international educational centers.
