Mercedes Duch is a founding partner of San Simón & Duch and has been practicing law for more than 25 years. She is specialized in Maritime Law, but her knowledge also covers international trade and insurance, having a wide experience in inland transport. She has been recognized by the most prestigious international lawyers' guides, such as Chambers and Partners, Who's Who Legal, Legal 500 or BestLawyers. 

She is also a founding member and spokesperson of WISTA Spain, as well as having published numerous articles in national and international journals, being the author of multiple publications and contributions, as well as having given several conferences both in Spain and abroad.
