With more than 30 years of experience, Eliseo del Blanco Díaz is an eminent figure in the Public Prosecutor's Office and the legal profession. With a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid, he has served as deputy prosecutor of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Cáceres, attorney-prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office of Pontevedra, prosecutor in charge of the permanent assignment of Cambados-Villagarcía and as coordinating prosecutor in the assignment of Plasencia. 

In addition, Eliseo del Blanco Díaz has combined his legal work with an extensive teaching and research activity, serving as a professor of Training Plans of different public administrations and holding the Diploma in Advanced Studies after passing the Research Sufficiency.
