Dr. Rafael Carrión Galindo is a specialist devoted to the area of Oncology, with a specific interest in the field of radiotherapy. He is a professional of the highest level who has been at the forefront of the activity for more than 20 years, working in the management of cancer in patients with different profiles, both children and adolescents as well as adults and the elderly. During his career he has been part of several medical teams, becoming the head of his service at the University Hospital del Sureste.  

He is also a Doctor in Medicine and Surgery after the successful publication of his thesis Randomized comparative study of two g-csf guidelines as mobilization of hemopoietic precursors in breast cancer patients who are candidates for autologous peripheral blood transplantation, for which he had to carry out several years of research. Several scientific articles were also published, mainly in the Revista Científica de Enfermería (Nursing Scientific Journal).
