Violeta Calle Guisado is a biologist with experience in laboratories of food production companies. In this line, it is worth mentioning her role as head of the Microbiology laboratory of Gallina Blanca, where she also carried out several food quality controls based on ISO standards.  

However, he has dedicated a large part of his professional career to the world of research, participating in numerous projects related to Microbiology and has coordinated several scientific groups. Likewise, her taste for teaching has led her to give classes in companies of Hygiene and Prevention of Infectious Diseases and in university studies.
