Dr. Roberto Ballestero Diego, Urology Specialist, is a researcher belonging to the Research and Innovation in Surgery Group of IDIVAL. Throughout his years devoted to this activity, he has participated as PI or collaborator in a large number of clinical trials.  

As a result of his acquired knowledge and scientific studies, he has authored and co-authored dozens of articles published in journals in his specialty. He has also been a speaker at numerous urology congresses.

Oriented to medical practice, he has been able to develop his functions at the University Hospital Marqués de Valdecilla, focusing especially on Urolithiasis, prostatic pathologies or muscle invasive bladder cancer.
