Lucas Andrés Pérez Martín, Alternate Magistrate of the Provincial Court of Las Palmas, holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

He has also been Vice-President of the Spanish Federal Council of the European Movement. His professional career has been linked to the legal profession, but he has also taught at university institutions.
