Dr. Fulgencio Martínez Pelegrín, Specialist in Otorhinolaryngology, has an extensive career in his medical discipline, developed in a large number of primary care centers and hospitals. Due to his excellent professional performance and after coordinating the La Viña Health Center, he obtained the opportunity to be the Head of the Emergency Unit of the Rafael Méndez University Hospital in Murcia.  

His relentless ambition and great management skills have earned him the position of Medical Director of the same hospital. He also has experience as a teacher, as he has been the Head of Resident Internships of the Rotatory of Emergency and Hospital Emergencies.
