Dr. Lorenzo Hernando Marrupe has been dedicated to the detection and treatment of heart disease in his medical practice. He has worked as a Cardiologist at the University Hospital Fundación Alcorcón, forming part of the Hemodynamics and Interventional Cardiology Unit and also works as a Specialist in the Cardiology Area at the University Hospital Príncipe de Asturias.  

His great interest in the scientific field of his specialty has led him to co-author numerous publications, including articles and collective works. In addition, his academic excellence led him to obtain the Doctorate in Medicine with outstanding Cum Laude for his thesis related to Acute Coronary Syndrome.
