In the field of Telecommunications, Mr. Arturo Guerrero Díaz-Pintado is considered an international reference. During his prolific career, he has led successful Customer Experience projects, mainly with the prestigious North American company IBM. Many of them have been linked to large organizations based in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.  

He has also collaborated with companies and higher education centers that promote the use of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud, Customer Experience and Digital Transformation. In addition, he serves as a technical consultant for IBM for Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel.
