Dr. María Delia Gutiérrez Espinosa is a chemical engineer specialized in Environmental Systems. With more than 15 years of experience in companies in the energy sector, she has extensive expertise in projects related to sustainability and indicators for the development of the natural gas vehicle business unit, as well as the design and implementation of water treatment plants.  

A path that has also led her to pursue a PhD focusing her research studies on the development of indicator systems to evaluate the management of the environment and natural resources for rural communities. Her scientific interest has also led her to actively participate in conferences related to renewable energies.
