The industrial engineer, Francisco González Hierro, has extensive experience in the development of projects related to the clean energy sector. His high level of expertise in this field has made him responsible for the development and promotion of renewable projects and the management of Repsol's renewable assets in operation, with the aim of achieving zero net emissions by 2050.  

In the same area, he has been Director of Operations at Saeta Yield, coordinating a team of 30 people and in charge of managing the company's portfolio of wind, solar thermal and photovoltaic renewable assets. He has also held this position at Grupo Cobra, a company owned by the renowned businessman and sports manager Florentino Pérez.
